ART ASIA is a highly selective showcase of galleries from around the world that focus on the best of established and emerging Asian contemporary artists. 

Established in 2008, ART ASIA has produced fairs in Miami and Basel. The fair has positioned itself as a forum for international galleries, curators, artists, collectors, and educators to exchange ideas and enable new audiences from the global art market to see fresh and exciting works by Asian contemporary artists.

In 2009, ART ASIA launched its highly anticipated curatorial and educational program that featured an exhibition with over 20 artists from 15 countries to dispel the myth that Asian contemporary art is narrowly focused on a single region.

In 2010, ART ASIA brought along six special projects that challenged the pre-existing notions of Asian contemporary art, featuring works from China, India, Iran, Japan, and the Asian diaspora.

In 2011, the fair further developed the presence of Near Eastern, Middle Eastern, and Southeast Asian galleries, attracting over 30,000 visitors and VIP guests through its six-day run.

ART ASIA 2012 continued its exhilarating ART ASIA Presents series, with seven special projects featuring works by 30 artists, including Salaam Bombay, a curated exhibit solely dedicated to contemporary art from the South Asian subcontinent. With triumphant sales and unprecedented support on social media, ART ASIA was featured in major publications including The New York Times, The Miami Herald, and GalleristNY.

ART ASIA 2013 will return to Miami for its 6^th edition from December 4-8 with a Vernissage on December 3.
